Terms & Conditions

1. Service Booking & Quotes

服務預約及報價

  • Customers may request a free quote before confirming a booking.
    客戶可於預約前索取免費報價。

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
    報價有效期為 7天,除非另有說明。

  • A booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
    需於收取訂金後方可確認預約。

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
    所有訂金一律 不設退還。

2. Payment Terms

付款條款

  • Full payment is required before or upon service completion.
    服務費用需於 服務完成前或完成時 繳清。

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayMe, FPS, or Cash.
    本公司接受 銀行轉帳、PayMe、轉數快或現金。

  • Additional on-site requests or last-minute add-ons will incur extra charges.
    如於現場要求額外服務,將另行收費。

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

取消及改期

  • More than 7 days’ notice: No cancellation fee.
    7天前通知: 不設取消費用。

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: Full payment required.
    少於7天通知: 需支付全額費用。

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed free of charge (within 14 days).
    可享有一次免費改期(需於14日內並視乎檔期而定)。

  • Further changes will be treated as cancellation and deposit forfeited.
    再次更改將視作取消,訂金將被沒收。

4. Moving & Handling Policy

搬屋及搬運政策

  • All items must be shown via photos or videos before booking confirmation.
    所有搬運物品需於確認前提供 相片或影片。

  • Items must be properly packed and labeled unless packing service is booked.
    除非已預約包裝服務,否則物品必須自行妥善包裝。

  • Packing materials can be provided at extra cost.
    包裝物料可額外收費提供。

  • Lift/stair access must be arranged in advance.
    客戶需預先安排電梯或樓梯通道。

  • Any change of item list on-site may lead to additional charges.
    現場臨時更改物品清單,可能需額外收費。

5. Furniture Disassembly & Disposal

傢俬拆卸及棄置

  • Disassembly/reassembly must be requested in advance.
    傢俬拆裝服務需於預約時提出。

  • Certain furniture (e.g. IKEA or old wooden pieces) may not be suitable for reassembly;
    好哥哥搬屋公司不保證所有傢俬均可重新組裝。

  • Furniture disposal and junk removal will be handled responsibly,
    including recycling or donation where feasible.
    傢俬棄置將以負責任方式處理,盡量回收或捐贈。

6. Customer Responsibilities

客戶責任

  • Provide accurate information about items, property, and access conditions.
    提供準確的物品、環境及出入口資料。

  • Ensure clear access and parking/loading space for our team.
    確保搬運通道暢通並提供泊車或上落貨位。

  • If access or conditions are not disclosed in advance,
    the following additional charges may apply:
    如未有事前申報,將收取以下 額外費用:

    情況附加費用 (起)

    每層無升降機搬運HKD $500 起

    每段樓梯(約3–10級)HKD $500 起

    每次升降機轉換HKD $500 起

  • Customers must secure fragile or valuable items in advance.
    貴重及易碎物品需自行妥善保管。

  • Brothers Moving is not responsible for pre-existing damages or items in unstable condition.
    對於 舊有損壞或不穩固傢俬 所引致的問題,本公司概不負責。

7. Liability & Claims

責任及索償

  • Brothers Moving handles all items with care but is not liable for minor scratches or dents.
    本公司會小心處理物品,但對 輕微刮痕或碰撞 概不負責。

  • Damages must be reported before staff leaves the site.
    所有損壞必須於 員工離開前立即提出。

  • Claims are limited to 10% of invoice total or HKD $2,000 (whichever is lower).
    索償金額上限為 帳單總額10% 或 HKD $2,000(以較低者為準)。

8. Delays & Limitations

延誤及限制

  • Our staff will contact customers 30 minutes prior to arrival by phone or WhatsApp.
    員工一般會於到達前 30分鐘 致電或 WhatsApp 通知客戶。

  • Brothers Moving is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic,
    building management, or unforeseen circumstances.
    若因 天氣、交通、樓宇管理或突發情況 導致延誤,本公司不承擔責任。

  • If a service cannot be completed as scheduled, a new date will be arranged.
    如未能如期完成服務,將另行安排日期。

9. Privacy & Data Protection

私隱及資料保護

All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service purposes.
所有客戶資料僅用於提供服務用途,並會予以保密。

10. Amendments

條款修改

Brothers Moving reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The latest version shall automatically apply to all future services.

好哥哥搬屋公司保留隨時修改條款之權利,最新版本將自動生效並適用於所有服務。
